Designs, deploys, configures, and sustains secure WAN/LAN networks. Analyzes traffic and performance, troubleshoots complex problems, validates dataflows and security devices, creates firewall rules, leads large efforts, mentors junior engineers, and supports security planning and RF communications.

Design, develop, implement, and support PeopleSoft/ERP applications across full project lifecycle. Create technical designs, configure applications, code and test (including changes), validate against functional requirements, document work, and provide production/tier-2 support (may include after-hours support).

Lead and oversee all aspects of program delivery, managing multiple interrelated projects, stakeholder interfaces, budgets, reporting, transitions, risk, and customer relationships to ensure mission success.

Design, integrate, and troubleshoot embedded hardware and UAS platforms. Work with microcontrollers, SoMs/FPGAs, embedded Linux, firmware, RF/SDR capture and analysis, and collaborate across disciplines to prototype and deploy small UAS capabilities. Document results and support multiple projects.

Provide Tier 2 SharePoint and M365 platform administration across on-prem, cloud, and classified environments. Deploy, integrate, monitor, and maintain SharePoint services and integrated tools (Tableau, Power Apps); manage authentication (claims-based, PKI) and RBAC; perform patching, capacity analysis, testing, and blue/green deployments; create SOPs and reports; participate in continual service improvement and support transfer of engineered solutions.

Perform on-site QA and port engineering support for Military Sealift Command vessel availabilities: observe and verify shipyard work, ensure compliance with work packages and ABS/USCG rules, report findings to the Principal Port Engineer, conduct daily rounds, review structural and piping work, and provide engineering recommendations and technical documentation across naval architecture, electrical, mechanical, and marine engineering areas.

Lead an Agile Scrum team's product backlog: create, refine, and prioritize user stories; liaise with government stakeholders; participate in Agile ceremonies; manage scope, velocity, and releases; reduce technical debt; improve processes; and ensure delivered increments meet acceptance criteria and customer objectives.
