Lead execution of the HADES contract for satellite ground systems and hybrid-cloud mission environments. Oversee cost, schedule, staffing, risk, technical quality, cybersecurity integration, IDIQ task orders, and system availability. Serve as primary government interface, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage transition/onboarding, and ensure mission readiness across Ground Control, SOCs, and hybrid cloud architectures.

Support Navy PPBE budget and execution processes by developing obligation/expenditure analyses, producing budget exhibits and reports, collecting and maintaining backup documentation, coordinating with field activities and contractors, running Navy ERP reports, and using ERP tools, SharePoint, and Teams to update multi-year budget plans and task plans.

Support development and deployment of ICAM GATEKEEPER capabilities across the Intelligence Community. Provide SDLC support, build and manage product installations for DoD customers, perform integration, testing, monitoring, configuration/release management, and create system documentation while collaborating with developers, QA, DevOps, and system engineers.

Manage and execute delivery-order projects: plan, coordinate, and oversee technical, financial, procurement, and vendor activities; serve as primary liaison with DoD customer; produce reports, RFIs, submittals, document control, and project closeout; ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Lead design and implementation of CI/CD and DevSecOps solutions for geospatial intelligence applications. Architect and maintain DevOps platforms, IaC, containerized/cloud-native environments, and automation frameworks. Troubleshoot complex issues, champion security and compliance automation, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical roadmaps and platform modernization.

Provide litigation support for DOJ matters including document indexing, discovery management, deposition summarization, exhibit tracking, eDiscovery/Relativity work, courtroom assistance, and preparation of materials for motions and trials.

Hands-on Identity Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise IdP, PAM, and IGA platforms (Entra ID, Ping, Delinea, SailPoint). Implement Zero Trust access controls, certificate-based authentication, AD and Red Hat IdM policies, JIT/JEA workflows, and lifecycle automation for joiner/mover/leaver processes.
