Lead a small team to research, develop, optimize, and deploy computer vision AI/ML algorithms for remote sensing (EO/SAR) and ATR. Analyze large datasets, research multimodal fusion, train and deploy deep learning models, review literature, produce technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers while interfacing with program leadership and customers.

Manage end-to-end SAP release cycles across multiple SAP systems, coordinate Change Control and Defect Review Boards, maintain OpenText ALM as system of record, run gate reviews (TRR/PRR/ORR), use SAP ChaRM and Solution Manager, lead release teams, enforce release management standards, and implement Agile/DevOps release processes.

Draft and manage technical and management-level orders, track and report cybersecurity compliance and KPIs, analyze vulnerabilities using tools like Tenable and Tanium, maintain datasets, ensure RMF/NIST alignment, coordinate with DOD/DHS/USCG stakeholders, and produce white papers and compliance reports. Requires active DoD Secret clearance and DOD 8570 IAT II certification.

Provide cyber operations integration for ARSOF mission planning: conduct cyber intelligence analysis, target development, vulnerability assessments, and OCO/DCO support; advise on ROE, authorities, and cyber doctrine; coordinate with USCYBERCOM and partners; integrate compartmented capabilities, develop training and procedures, and manage collection and data processes.

Own and operate mission-critical AWS-based infrastructure: build/manage multi-account environments, administer Windows/Linux servers, run Kubernetes/EKS and container platforms, maintain security (IAVA/STIG), perform patching, backups, DR, identity and access management, and collaborate in a SAFe Agile team to ensure availability, performance, and compliance.

Support mission-critical communications across two sites by coordinating software deliveries, scheduling/deconflicting activities, tracking issues, producing performance reports, briefing leadership, and improving engineering and operational processes in a high-tempo, secure environment.

Develop and own Python-based automated test software that integrates with external hardware to verify and regression-test products. Design, implement, and maintain test suites, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand coverage and improve product quality across the full development lifecycle.

Develop and integrate user interfaces and services for RF measurement and SIGINT applications. Build map-based visualizations, ingest and visualize large RF datasets, collaborate with DSP engineers, support testing/debugging/deployment, and contribute to architecture and design reviews.
