The Director of Strategic Capture will lead complex capture pursuits within the Intelligence Community, develop capture strategies, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful alignment with mission objectives.

Perform RF/spectrum analysis and electromagnetic environment assessments to support C-UAS missions. Use MSS, Palantir, Power BI, Python, AI tools, and RF sensors/SDRs to identify signals, develop spectrum plans, evaluate EW systems, produce dashboards/reports, and brief senior leadership while ensuring spectrum management compliance.

Support and maintain secure LAN/WAN classified networks. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls; monitor performance; implement DoD STIG security; manage COMSEC devices; document topologies and SOPs; and collaborate on integration across Windows, Linux, and VMware vSphere environments.

Maintain and administer SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, implement automation jobs, manage a VMware virtualized datacenter, tune servers and storage, perform patching/backup/restore and security tasks, troubleshoot outages and tickets (Serena), document configurations, and provide technical guidance to Tier 1/2 personnel.

Lead and execute subcontract acquisition from proposal through closeout. Develop SOWs, solicitations, source selection, price/cost analysis, negotiate awards, manage supplier performance, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, approve invoices, resolve disputes, and build supplier relationships to meet program cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

Collect, correlate, and analyze network, cyber, RF, and operational test data for C-UAS technologies. Use MSS, Palantir, Power BI, Python, and AI tools to produce dashboards, reports, and briefings, assess performance, interoperability, resiliency, and cybersecurity posture, and support developmental and operational testing. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, ensure data integrity and compliance, and recommend mitigations based on packet captures, logs, telemetry, and vulnerability assessments.
