Designs, builds, operates, and maintains cyber range training environments for cybersecurity training, mission rehearsal, and validation events. Configures virtual machines, networks, operating systems, accounts, offensive and defensive tools, and exercise content. Supports event execution, troubleshooting, user access, documentation, and continuous improvement across VMware, Windows, Linux, and network infrastructures. Collaborates with content developers, exercise staff, Cyber Protection Teams, and stakeholders.

The role collaborates with subject matter experts, ensures compliance with Navy and NAVEDTRA standards, supports simulation-based training, and manages deliverables and project milestones.

Supports administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Windows, Linux, cloud, physical, virtual, and network infrastructure. Assists with VMware, KVM, and Xen virtualization platforms, identifies vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies, maintains technical documentation, and coordinates with internal teams to meet operational requirements.

Develops and audits government contract pricing models, cost proposals, BOEs, and supporting narratives. Ensures compliance with solicitation requirements, corporate policies, FAR, CAS, and TINA. Reviews complex Excel models for accuracy and traceability, supports pricing policy and training initiatives, provides corrective feedback, and assists with DCAA and DCMA audit preparation. Requires strong government contract pricing or defense auditing experience, advanced Excel and Word skills, regulatory expertise, and exceptional attention to detail.

Integrate, configure, test, operate, and reset virtual and physical environments. Deploy and maintain servers, workstations, and processor-controlled devices while supporting unified system integration. Manage network, cloud, virtual, and bare-metal infrastructure, including monitoring, Windows and Linux administration, automation, and configuration management. Support Information Assurance compliance and identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities across defense training environments.

Repairs, troubleshoots, installs, configures, and maintains computer systems, electronics, networks, communications equipment, security systems, ICS/SCADA, IoT, and RF-enabled devices. Performs diagnostics, hardware replacement, preventative maintenance, infrastructure sustainment, operational readiness support, and technical documentation while maintaining Secret clearance requirements.

Develop and optimize Unreal Engine 5 real-time simulation environments for Department of Defense training and analysis programs. Design custom C++ plugins, modules, rendering extensions, and subsystems; diagnose defects; profile GPU/CPU performance; optimize memory and multithreaded code; and support research, integration, and testing. The role is on-site and requires collaboration on distributed simulations and game-based training applications deployed across Windows and Linux.
