Leads solution architecture and technical proposal responses for enterprise telecommunications and IT systems. Translates customer requirements into end-to-end network, cloud, cybersecurity, software, and communications solutions. Designs, tests, implements, documents, and supports enterprise architectures; guides network transformations; provides engineering direction; and develops opportunity work breakdown structures and effort estimates. Collaborates across business units and supports RFP development, technical writing, customer presentations, and solution strategy.

Collaborates with software, graphics, program management, and government stakeholders; participates in design reviews; and contributes to risk, configuration, and change management. Occasional customer-site or test-event travel may be required, with hybrid work possible when on-site presence is unnecessary.

Administers and engineers Linux and Microsoft server environments, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware virtualization, storage, SCCM, backups, and disaster recovery. Provides Tier II support, troubleshooting, patching, vulnerability analysis, system security, and user administration.
