Lead North America litigation and employment strategy, advise on employment matters, manage outside counsel and disputes, support risk mitigation and claims handling, partner with HR and business teams, and provide pragmatic legal counsel on contracts, operations, and high-risk matters for the company.

Provide in-house legal counsel for procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations and real estate across North America. The Principal Firmware Engineer will design, develop, and test firmware for embedded systems, manage projects, and enhance collaboration across teams to optimize IoT device performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coding in C/C++, implementing protocols, and leading firmware development initiatives.

Serve as HR Business Partner for multi-site service center operations, leading employee relations, investigations, safety culture (Zero Harm), workforce planning, engagement, compliance, and HR program execution. Coach leaders, support talent lifecycle, manage high-risk ER cases, and partner with legal and HR centers of excellence to drive consistent people practices across distributed frontline teams.
