Manages asset recovery across an assigned territory by visiting distributors, unknown locations, and pallet recyclers; tracking CHEP pallet flow; negotiating returns; and promoting CHEP participation. Collaborate across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Sustainability, and international teams while providing technical guidance on analytics tools.

The Operations Quality & Continuous Improvement Supervisor will lead continuous improvement initiatives, supervise quality department employees, and ensure compliance with quality guidelines at the plant. They will enhance operational practices while mentoring staff, managing documentation, and collaborating with plant leadership to optimize performance and safety.
