Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Lead supply chain strategy and operating model optimization, with accountability for service performance, inventory health, working capital, and supply resilience.
- Define and govern the multi‑year supply chain transformation roadmap, ensuring prioritisation, sequencing, and value realisation across initiatives and investments.
- Own supply chain network design and capital planning decisions, including capacity strategy, greenfield and brownfield expansion, site optimisation, and real‑estate footprint evolution.
- Set decision frameworks and governance for automation, digitisation, and advanced analytics initiatives, ensuring investments align to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable operational value.
- Establish and maintain an integrated planning and execution cadence across demand, supply, production, and inventory to enable disciplined decision‑making and cross‑functional alignment.
- Lead senior leaders and managers across supply chain strategy, programs, and regional operations, building accountability, capability, and a performance‑driven culture.
- Partner with commercial, finance, technology, and operations leaders to align supply chain capabilities with customer needs, growth strategies, and financial commitments.
- Embed sustainability and decarbonisation considerations into network design, capital investment, and operational decision‑making to support long‑term enterprise and ESG objectives.

This role leads a high‑performing team responsible for elevating enterprise supply chain performance in complex, high‑volume environments. The ideal candidate excels at turning ambiguity into structured execution, building cross‑functional alignment, and delivering measurable operational and financial results.

Essential Qualifications -
Bachelor of Science Degree in one of the following engineering disciplines: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Planning, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other relevant engineering diploma
Desirable Qualifications -
MBA or equivalent on the job experience preferred
Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or significant related experience a plus
Management of a large, multi-million/billion dollar P&L in prior roles
Experience:
- Proven experience leading and driving change and continuous improvement in a multi-site manufacturing environment at a national or regional level.
Minimum of 20 years of supply chain management, engineering and/or related project management experience
Minimum of 12 years of experience working as a Supply Chain leader in a production operations environment
Skills and Knowledge:
Proven leadership experience in complex, high‑volume supply chain environments
Demonstrated success driving enterprise‑wide transformation and automation initiatives
Strong expertise in SIOP/IBP, planning, procurement, production, and inventory management
Experience deploying AI, digital tools, and advanced analytics in supply chain operations
Track record of delivering measurable operational and financial improvements
Ability to lead through ambiguity, influence cross‑functional partners, and build disciplined execution frameworks
Experience with sustainability or decarbonization initiatives is a strong plus
