  • Define and govern the multi‑year supply chain transformation roadmap, ensuring prioritisation, sequencing, and value realisation across initiatives and investments.
  • Own supply chain network design and capital planning decisions, including capacity strategy, greenfield and brownfield expansion, site optimisation, and real‑estate footprint evolution.
  • Set decision frameworks and governance for automation, digitisation, and advanced analytics initiatives, ensuring investments align to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable operational value.
  • Establish and maintain an integrated planning and execution cadence across demand, supply, production, and inventory to enable disciplined decision‑making and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Lead senior leaders and managers across supply chain strategy, programs, and regional operations, building accountability, capability, and a performance‑driven culture.
  • Partner with commercial, finance, technology, and operations leaders to align supply chain capabilities with customer needs, growth strategies, and financial commitments.
  • Embed sustainability and decarbonisation considerations into network design, capital investment, and operational decision‑making to support long‑term enterprise and ESG objectives.
