The Director, Global Payroll Tax oversees payroll tax operations, compliance, and governance worldwide, collaborating with various departments to ensure regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.

Lead and manage corporate actions operations, ensuring accurate, timely execution of events (dividends, reorganizations, redemptions). Oversee reconciliations, quality controls, stakeholder communication, team development, inquiries resolution, documentation, and process improvements while maintaining regulatory and market practice awareness.
