Lead compliance for BNY Pershing Wealth Services by providing regulatory guidance on product development, conducting risk assessments and monitoring, designing and maintaining compliance programs, analyzing legislation and regulatory guidance (SEC/FINRA), and supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in managing broker-dealer compliance activities.
