Gathers requirements, manages backlogs and change requests, coordinates Agile delivery and UAT, develops documentation and training materials, maintains governance artifacts, and facilitates stakeholder collaboration across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, and vendors. The role also supports audit readiness, system implementations, reporting, access requests, and Finance modernization using AI-enabled tools.

Supports credit risk management of a leveraged finance loan portfolio by monitoring payments, maturities, covenants, documentation, breaches, and emerging risks. Assists with loan reviews, financial analysis, risk ratings, amendments, waivers, reporting, stress testing, audits, and regulatory requests. Maintains accurate loan data in nCino and related systems while identifying data issues and improving portfolio processes.

Design, build, and support scalable conversational AI solutions using Google CCAS/Dialogflow and GCP. Develop microservices, secure API integrations, and backend services; provide production support, root-cause analysis, observability, and platform enhancements. Produce technical documentation, lead POCs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable omnichannel conversational experiences.
