Manages a complex treasury solutions client portfolio while driving retention, cross-selling, and new client acquisition. Advises business banking, middle-market, and corporate clients on working capital and payment solutions, leads pricing and negotiations, assesses risks, and coordinates client teams. Maintains client relationships, presents solutions, supports sales opportunities, ensures regulatory compliance, and mentors junior treasury employees.

Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots, and documents back-end applications using Java and Spring Boot microservices. Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and nCino. Builds integrations, leads technical workshops, collaborates with architects and stakeholders, performs code reviews and testing, supports CI/CD and releases, resolves production issues, and improves scalability, security, reusability, and technical debt.

Leads the enterprise ITSM training and enablement program, creating role-based learning, workshops, job aids, communications, and knowledge content. Partners with process owners to improve Change, Incident, ServiceNow, CMDB, and related process adoption, data quality, governance, and audit readiness. Reviews records and metrics to identify gaps, develops remediation plans, maintains training evidence, and drives adoption of workflows, automation, AI capabilities, and ITSM enhancements through cross-functional influence.

Monitors and investigates suspected fraud across card, check, ACH, wire, ATM, and online banking activity. Reviews alerts and cases, validates transactions with customers, processes EFT fraud claims, documents findings, identifies fraud trends, and escalates cases when necessary. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, fraud procedures, and industry rules. Provides branch support, assists with loss prevention and recovery analysis, and may perform account holds, closures, collection activities, and suspicious activity reporting.

Prepares financial statement spreads and credit analysis reports for corporate and commercial real estate loans. Evaluates repayment sources, loan grades, risk factors, collateral, borrower compliance, and renewal recommendations. Maintains the loan analysis pipeline, supports lending teams, ensures Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and participates in ad hoc projects.

Develops and oversees an independent Second Line of Defense controls testing program for IT and cybersecurity controls. Performs design and effectiveness assessments, evaluates compliance with policies and regulatory frameworks, identifies control gaps, validates remediation, coordinates penetration testing, and communicates risk findings to management. Supports audits, regulatory examinations, emerging-risk monitoring, methodology enhancements, and collaboration with technology, security, compliance, risk, and audit teams.

Designs, develops, and deploys end-to-end AI/ML solutions for financial services, including generative AI applications, LLMs, RAG systems, data pipelines, and production machine learning models. Builds AWS-based infrastructure and ETL workflows, performs model validation and risk assessments, establishes benchmarking and monitoring frameworks, and ensures compliance with banking regulations, privacy requirements, and ethical standards. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and communicate complex concepts.

Onboards and maintains Treasury Solutions clients, completes account setups and maintenance, reviews daily reports, and communicates or corrects errors. Maintains workflows, documents procedures, supports quality and risk assessments, resolves internal customer and branch inquiries, prepares management reports, and assists with special projects. The role also ensures compliance with banking policies, anti-money-laundering requirements, the Bank Secrecy Act, and the USA PATRIOT Act while reporting suspicious activity.
