Provides application and development support for mission-critical systems, including developing and maintaining Workday integrations, resolving escalated application issues, managing deployments and patches, monitoring configurations, authoring reports and technical documentation, and supporting system implementations. The role coordinates with vendors and business units, participates in application projects, ensures data integrity and regulatory compliance, and serves as a subject matter expert for supported cloud applications.

Performs training needs analysis, supports process improvement, ensures procedure approvals and periodic reviews, and delivers training. Requires strong communication, process analysis, documentation, and training-development skills, with banking compliance knowledge including anti-money-laundering requirements.

Leads credit strategy, complex transaction review, portfolio monitoring, regulatory compliance, technology enablement, and cross-functional partnership with banking, risk, legal, finance, and operations teams. Builds and develops high-performing credit teams while supporting responsible growth and maintaining disciplined risk controls.

Leads the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act finance and community development strategy. Oversees CRA-qualified lending, investments, services, affordable housing initiatives, LIHTC and EQ2 portfolios, grants, outreach, and community partnerships. Manages Community Development Officers, advises business lines, coordinates with investment, credit, lending, tax, and ALCO teams, and presents performance updates to senior leadership. Ensures accurate CRA documentation, reporting, regulatory compliance, and social impact communications.

Supports National Title Solutions clients through phone and email service, bank account opening and maintenance, deposits, wire transfer coordination, reporting, documentation, correspondence, and issue resolution. Assists department leaders with projects, applies private banking policies, exercises delegated approval authority, and ensures compliance with banking regulations, anti-money-laundering requirements, and suspicious activity reporting procedures.

Performs basic accounting support, account reconciliation, journal entry preparation, ledger and record maintenance, data posting, issue resolution, and routine clerical duties. Communicates with internal departments, vendors, customers, and branches to obtain information and resolve discrepancies. Maintains accuracy, meets deadlines, follows accounting policies, complies with banking regulations, and reports suspicious activity.

Supports IT and business stakeholders by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, writing user stories, managing backlogs, coordinating testing and user acceptance, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Partners with product owners, developers, vendors, and quality assurance teams to deliver initiatives on schedule and within scope. Maintains requirements traceability, change management, project artifacts, and acceptance criteria while identifying process improvements and ensuring regulatory and banking policy compliance.
