- Designs, develops, and maintains custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Builds, supports, and maintains integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and other enterprise applications.
- Develops scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Participates in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborates with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Partners with the Salesforce/nCino delivery team to reduce technical debt and improve platform scalability and reusability.
- Supports release deployments and post-production stabilization activities.
- Continuously evaluates new Salesforce capabilities and recommends platform improvements.
- Leads functional and technical workshops, demonstrating leadership skills in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions
- Serves as a trusted advisor to the Salesforce Platform team, driving conversations with Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to shape the architectural vision and establishes an architectural program roadmap
- Manages user expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with both users and third-party stakeholders
