Lead end-to-end actuarial model production for monthly and quarterly GAAP and Statutory financial closes. Manage a team, coordinate external audits, implement new transactions and reinsurance into statutory processes, oversee actuarial inputs to capital templates, and maintain auditor-defensible documentation, controls, and data pipelines.

Partner with Regional VPs to grow IBD advisor relationships and annuity sales by executing territory plans, making proactive sales calls, delivering product education and illustrations, coordinating engagement activities, using CRM and AI tools, and collaborating across teams to resolve issues and improve the advisor experience.

Lead strategy and execution of marketing automation and customer data platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud). Build AI-enabled, data-driven customer journeys, own Data Cloud implementation, lead a marketing automation team, partner with Sales, IT, and Data, and ensure compliant activation of customer data in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsible for investment accounting close activities, preparation of financial documents, portfolio activity review, leading projects, and supporting audits and new system implementation.

Process and investigate annuity claims, communicate with beneficiaries, agents and medical providers, identify questionable or fraudulent claims for escalation, prepare correspondence, and ensure regulatory and company compliance.

Own go-to-market strategies for annuity products, translating complex product and market insights into positioning, messaging, sales enablement, digital resources and training. Partner cross-functionally to support launches and enhancements, use data and customer insights to inform recommendations, and leverage automation and AI to accelerate content and improve marketing effectiveness.

Support finance transformation projects by analyzing and improving accounting and finance processes, translating business needs to IT solutions, performing data cleanup and UAT, tracking performance and benefits, and assisting with change management, training, and cross-functional collaboration across finance and investment teams.
