Lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of the Appian platform, ensuring secure, scalable solutions while managing teams and collaborating across departments.

Supports product marketing for annuity products through product launches, go-to-market initiatives, marketing materials, sales resources, digital content, competitive research, and audience insights. The intern translates product information into clear messaging, assists with project coordination and content reviews, collaborates cross-functionally, and explores technology, automation, and AI to improve marketing processes.

Performs quantitative modeling and analysis for annuity, stable value, insurance guarantee, derivative, and retirement investment products. Builds stochastic models, Monte Carlo simulations, derivative pricing tools, historical back-testing frameworks, and scenario analyses. Evaluates risk, returns, guarantees, and asset-liability sensitivities while supporting product design, hedging, governance, and oversight. Develops reproducible Python and SQL analytics pipelines with testing, documentation, data controls, and audit-ready processes. Partners with Product, Asset Management, Derivatives Risk, and modeling teams.

Supports Athene’s Creative Services team across print, digital, branding, advertising, social, presentation, and merchandise projects. The intern will learn brand standards, prepare files for print, apply accessibility guidelines, proof marketing materials, and gain exposure to video, photography, animation, and marketing automation. The role requires collaboration, visual storytelling, attention to detail, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
