The Channel Systems Engineer will enhance technical sales in HPE Networking by supporting partners with pre-sales activities, training, and solution design, focusing on Aruba and Juniper technologies.

Manage end-to-end order processing for federal partners: receive and revise POs, submit and track orders, reconcile errors, handle RMAs, and coordinate shipments. Maintain order logs, support Order Management and legal/compliance needs, and run business reports to ensure data hygiene in CRM and POS systems.

Provide on-site pre-sales, post-sales and service delivery support for enterprise customers. Perform installation, configuration, proactive monitoring and customized services, resolve technical and customer-relation issues, escalate as needed, and manage SLAs. Coordinate site access, conduct account support meetings, and apply change management and project management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.

Provide onsite pre-sales and post-sales technical support and service delivery for HPE products at partner/customer sites. Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware, networks, and high-availability systems; manage customer relations, escalate issues, and participate in account support meetings to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

This role involves developing strategies for electrical hardware design, consulting on new product development, mentoring junior staff, and leading innovative projects in HPC and AI systems.

Develop and enhance networking systems software (including Junos/Junos Evolved) for Campus & Branch products. Design, code, test, and integrate software for operating systems, networking protocols, and forwarding ASICs; debug issues; collaborate with product, architects, and stakeholders to deliver reliable networking solutions.

Lead design and development of cloud solutions, provide technical leadership and mentorship, evaluate new technologies, ensure compliance with standards, and solve complex application and systems problems to deliver high-quality, secure cloud services.

Design, develop, test, and maintain networking systems software (Junos/Junos Evolved) and forwarding ASIC firmware. Implement and debug networking protocols (L2/L3/L4), collaborate with product teams, execute test plans, and communicate progress to stakeholders to deliver reliable networking solutions.

Validate next-generation networking products by developing test strategies, executing and automating functional and regression tests, identifying and tracking defects, debugging with engineering teams, and integrating automated suites into CI workflows to ensure product quality and reliability.

Design, deploy, operate, automate, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms. Build infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, virtualization and HA solutions, enhance observability, implement security best practices, support releases/upgrades, and produce operational documentation while collaborating cross-functionally.
