Leads global integrated marketing strategy for HPE Hybrid Cloud initiatives, translating business priorities into campaigns that drive customer behavior change, pipeline growth, opportunity progression, and revenue outcomes. The role orchestrates product marketing, sales, regional, digital, partner, communications, events, analytics, and operations teams; develops full-funnel activation and content plans; establishes performance measures; interprets insights; optimizes investments; and presents executive recommendations.

Develops and debugs firmware enhancements for DSP, embedded code, EFI drivers, EFI applications, and BIOS/UEFI. Executes tests, logs and resolves issues, and collaborates with internal and outsourced development partners. Supports firmware engineering teams in delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions for low- to moderately-complex products.

Design, develop, deploy, configure, test, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure, platforms, and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions, automate deployment processes, support cloud operations, and provide technical assistance. Leads Customer Success business operations by defining and managing KPIs, standardizing reporting, coordinating cross-functional Geo interlock activities, supporting deployment modeling and go-to-market planning, and delivering actionable performance insights to leadership. Develops metrics roadmaps and dashboards using Power BI, Salesforce, Certinia, and similar tools. Drives operational improvement initiatives, leads cross-functional projects, and advises teams on reporting, performance gaps, and improvement plans.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for HPE private cloud products. Lead server provisioning and lifecycle integrations using BMC/Redfish, build orchestration services for compute and networking devices, and optimize L2/L3 networking functionality. Establish software architecture, security, quality, and DevOps practices; mentor engineers; troubleshoot distributed infrastructure issues; and document designs and procedures.

Configures, provisions, installs, upgrades, validates, and troubleshoots enterprise routers, switches, and related network devices. Implements routing, switching, security, and network management features according to customer requirements. Performs functional testing, maintains configuration documentation, supports staging and deployments, and collaborates with engineering and project management teams. The role also contributes to configuration templates and automation scripts while ensuring quality and configuration management standards.

Leads Six Sigma and DMAIC projects to improve operational excellence, customer experience, quality, efficiency, and cost. Manages cross-functional initiatives, conducts statistical and machine learning analyses, facilitates workshops and postmortems, trains improvement practitioners, and drives sustainable organizational change. Partners with global engineering, supply chain, customer success, and services teams while coaching stakeholders and influencing senior leaders.

Leads hardware new product introduction programs across engineering, manufacturing, development partners, and project teams. Manages schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, risks, escalations, and cross-functional communications to ensure product development meets roadmap, quality, timing, and cost objectives. Coordinates matrixed teams, resolves issues, improves processes, and mentors less-experienced staff.

Designs and validates electrical and electronic components, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and hardware solutions. Develops test plans covering tolerances, form, fit, function, shock, vibration, EMI, safety, reliability, thermal performance, and power. Performs feasibility, margin, validation, modeling, and empirical analyses; collaborates with internal and outsourced engineering partners; evaluates production reliability and supports prototype fabrication for reliable, cost-effective products.
