Supports sales and marketing operations through CRM management, reporting, proposal and sales material preparation, advertising placement coordination, client correspondence, event sponsorship support, billing assistance, and vendor coordination. Requires regular local customer travel and occasional evening or weekend events.

Prospects for and sells advertising and marketing services to new and existing accounts through in-person, telephone, and mail outreach. Generates revenue across print, digital, preprint, event, and special-section products; develops marketing proposals and presentations; services accounts; coordinates advertising copy and production deadlines; maintains account information; follows pricing, credit, legal, and company policies; and supports departmental goals and customer service.
