Responsible for complex financial analysis and business improvement related to capital adequacy processes, including CCAR and stress testing. Manages documentation, prepares reports, fosters relationships with finance and risk teams, and leads process improvements. Provides training to junior staff.

Acquire, grow, and retain Preferred Program and mass affluent banking customers. Build trusted relationships through consultative sales, assess financial needs, recommend banking and limited investment products, generate referrals, and meet investment sales goals. Partners with Portfolio Managers on commercial credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring, financial and risk analysis, covenant compliance, risk-rating scorecards, probability-of-default modeling, and credit documentation. Completes underwriting with limited oversight, prepares portfolio reviews and reports, identifies risks and covenant issues, recommends remedial actions, and supports special projects and employee training.

Underwrite and monitor commercial loans by performing financial and risk analysis, preparing credit approval memos, running projection and risk-rating models, tracking covenants, generating portfolio reports, and supporting portfolio reviews and special projects.

Lead and coach a team of licensed retail bankers to sell securities and investment solutions, manage and grow client relationships, conduct client and joint meetings, develop sales plans, deliver training and seminars, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve targeted securities fee income and sales goals within the assigned territory.

Leads corporate client coverage initiatives, financial modeling, diligence, credit analysis, and financing solution development. Coordinates stakeholders, prepares client materials and meetings, answers analytical questions, mentors junior staff, improves processes, and ensures compliance with risk and confidentiality requirements. Requires banking or capital markets experience, strong underwriting and modeling skills, client communication abilities, and securities licenses.

Supports Relationship Managers with commercial banking sales, client servicing, prospect research, presentations, KYC due diligence, pricing analysis, deal screens, and opportunity memos. Develops direct client relationships, identifies business opportunities, conducts prospect outreach, and supports proposal negotiation and closure. The role includes structured training in commercial banking solutions, finance, credit analysis, and relationship management.

Lead and develop a team of licensed retail bankers to meet securities sales and fee-income goals. Coach, train, and conduct client meetings (solo and joint), manage sales planning, maintain product knowledge, handle client issues, run seminars, and build internal/external relationships while ensuring risk and compliance.
