Manage program budgets and financial reporting for AFLCMC/ES. Perform forecasting, variance and EVM analysis, maintain financial records, prepare funding documents and briefings, support audits, exercises, and ad-hoc reporting, and use DoD financial systems for decision support.

Lead acquisition program support for DoD communications programs: develop acquisition documentation (SOW/PWS/SAMP/APB/ADM), perform market and cost/price analysis, monitor compliance, manage cost/schedule/performance/risk, prepare reports/briefings, and coordinate with government counterparts to improve program effectiveness.

Lead and support Air Force acquisition programs across the lifecycle: manage cost, schedule, performance, risks, documentation, milestone briefings, source selection support, contractor coordination, funding actions, and program reporting to support government Program Managers and IPTs.

Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible front-end web interfaces using modern frameworks and libraries. Implement JavaScript-driven functionality, integrate RESTful APIs, follow Section 508 accessibility, use Git/GitHub, participate in agile teams, translate designs into responsive layouts, and contribute to full-stack workflows and best practices.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, cloud environments, monitoring, and container orchestration. Automate deployments, enforce DevSecOps best practices, troubleshoot full-stack issues, mentor engineers, and improve system reliability and scalability supporting NGA missions.
