Responsibilities include managing cost, schedule, performance, risk, documentation, reporting, source selection support, contractor deliverables, funding documentation, program integration, and senior leadership briefings. The role supports Government Program Managers and Integrated Product Teams at Hanscom AFB while ensuring compliance with DoD and Air Force acquisition policies and processes.

Supports Department of Defense public affairs and strategic communications programs. Responsibilities include managing messaging, drafting press releases and articles, planning ceremonies and official visits, coordinating conference exhibits, executing outreach campaigns, and engaging government, industry, congressional, academic, and international stakeholders. The role requires strong writing and communication skills, DoD public affairs experience, event and protocol management expertise, U.S. citizenship, and Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility.

Supports cybersecurity governance and compliance for a DoD Azure-based DevSecOps environment. Manages RMF, A&A, ATO, eMASS artifacts, control inheritance, risk assessments, audits, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and security policies. Guides engineering teams on NIST, CMMC, Zero Trust, and DoD Cloud SRG requirements while coordinating with authorizing officials, auditors, government stakeholders, and mission partners. Delivers security briefings and awareness training and promotes secure development practices.

Manage and coordinate Integrated Master Schedule activities across PMO functional disciplines. Develop schedule products including Gantt charts and network diagrams, support acquisition planning and requirements development, assess schedule feasibility, communicate objectives and status to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions. The role supports Air Force C3I and infrastructure programs and requires full-time onsite work at Hanscom AFB.

Provide senior-level administrative and operational support to AFLCMC/ES leadership: manage calendars, meetings, travel (DTS), records and SharePoint, prepare executive correspondence and briefings, track action items and deliverables, support virtual collaboration platforms, ensure DoD/Air Force compliance, and improve office processes to support acquisition program teams.

Supports federal defense acquisition contracting across pre-award, award, and post-award phases. Develops acquisition strategies, prepares solicitations and contract documentation in PD2, conducts price and cost analysis, supports negotiations, administers contracts, and maintains auditable files. Provides guidance on FAR, DFARS, SOFARS, rapid-innovation contracting methods, and other transaction agreements while coordinating with technical, audit, contracting, and supplier stakeholders supporting USSOCOM.

Provide systems engineering and tactical data link support (LINK-16, SADL), operate and field MIDS terminals and test equipment, conduct training on data link operations and COMSEC key loading, translate requirements to technical designs, and support USAF/FMS deployments worldwide.

Manage business operations and program integration for a large USAF portfolio. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps and schedules, tracking expenditures and spend plans, supporting acquisition and program planning, improving internal processes and resource utilization, preparing leadership briefings and documentation, and coordinating meetings and conferences. The role requires strong organization, communication, independent work, and knowledge of DoD and Air Force program management practices.
