Manage an assigned book of employee benefits clients as primary or shared contact. Support renewals, data gathering, marketing coordination, plan design, funding analysis, vendor selection, and enrollment activities. Partner with Producers and internal teams to drive retention, growth, compliance, and high-quality service.

Support Account Manager by processing mail, calls, and documentation; maintain account files and data; prepare insurance binders, policies, endorsements, and certificates; secure loss runs; assist clients with spreadsheets and premium breakdowns; develop commercial lines coverage knowledge; provide clerical and backup support.

Manage and retain a book of personal lines insurance business, support producers with quoting/binding, conduct renewals and cross-sell products, engage clients before renewal, and provide customer service to drive retention and profitability.

Lead servicing of financial consulting for employee benefit clients, analyze financial and utilization metrics, oversee monthly financial reports, develop/customize reporting, support renewals and plan recommendations, participate in client presentations, perform demographic and claims analysis, and support Senior Analyst tasks.

Process daily cash receipts (EPAY/ACH/lockbox/checks), research and post misapplied funds, handle credits/refunds, perform first outreach for collections, assist with cancellations and underwriting corrections, answer agent balance inquiries, and cross-train to cover other accounting functions.

Act as primary relationship manager for an assigned client portfolio, providing consultative benefits guidance to retain and grow accounts. Handle day-to-day servicing (claims, billing, eligibility, enrollment), coordinate plan implementations and renewals, prepare enrollment materials and presentations, manage quality control and documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The RV Technical Adjustor evaluates customer issues, provides technical assistance for RV-related concerns, and investigates claims while maintaining customer relationships.
