Manage workers' compensation compliance for Florida (Georgia a plus): track/respond to notices and penalties, perform root cause analysis, produce reports, support audits, deliver training, and implement process improvements to reduce penalties and ensure regulatory adherence.

Investigate and settle insurance claims by reviewing policies, interviewing claimants/witnesses, inspecting or arranging appraisals, evaluating liability, setting reserves, preparing reports, coordinating subrogation/salvage, working with attorneys, and maintaining strong customer relations while adhering to laws and company best practices.

Support claims examiners by maintaining file diaries, producing timely claim documentation (notices, referrals, record requests, settlements), ensuring jurisdictional compliance for AZ/CA/CO/UT, responding to stakeholders, managing pension/lifetime medical file inventories, and collaborating with regional peers to cover absences.

Train under supervision to manage workers' compensation claims from intake to resolution. Investigate incidents, review medical records, communicate with injured workers and providers, make compensability decisions, document activity in claim systems, control costs and reserves, ensure legal compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal claim outcomes.

Support planning, research, coordination, and analysis for community-scale climate resilience initiatives. Conduct cost-benefit and catastrophe model–informed analysis, engage stakeholders, track project milestones, develop metrics, reports, case studies, and outreach materials to advance resilient projects and inform investment decisions.
