Lead and oversee period-end financial reporting and consolidation for Chubb Life subsidiaries. Review schedules and disclosures for accuracy and US GAAP compliance, provide controllership oversight, maintain internal controls, support accounting and reporting processes, prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior management, and recommend improvements to closing and reporting procedures.

Support Combined US Sales and partners with enrollment system configuration, case audits, data feed mapping, troubleshooting, onboarding/training, compliance, and continuous improvement of telephonic and co-browse enrollment workflows.

Lead the subrogation recovery function across property, auto, and workers' compensation. Manage external vendors, legal teams, internal recovery staff, and investigation vendors. Drive financial accountability, monitor KPIs and budgets, exercise settlement authority on complex claims, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, and senior leadership to improve recovery rates and operational efficiency.

Lead a global directory services engineering team to design, operate, and secure enterprise-scale Active Directory and Microsoft Entra hybrid environments. Define strategy and roadmaps, provide technical escalation, deliver forest/domain architecture, Group Policy, trusts, federation, AD CS, automation, backup/recovery, and coordinate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliant and reliable directory services.

Handle Auto, General & Liability claims: investigate, set reserves, manage litigation and settlements, obtain statements and documentation, prepare reports, coordinate appraisals and counsel, and recommend improvements to claims handling under Team Leader supervision.
