Lead cross-functional R&D projects for ANSI low- and medium-voltage switchgear and busway products. Translate customer and product requirements into design models, manage project plans, risk mitigation, cost estimates, and documentation (drawings, BOMs, test and assembly instructions). Coordinate industrialization and transfer to mass production while collaborating with engineering, product management, supply chain, operations, quality and labs.

Supports global supply chain strategy implementation and compliance initiatives. Analyzes supply chain data, improves reporting processes, and maintains weekly reports covering price variance, delivery performance, supplier performance, spend, and compliance. Maintains data files for conflict minerals, REACH, RoHS, sustainability, and regulatory activities while converting business requests into effective reports and processes.
