Coordinates title workflows, multi-site project intake, transaction management, mortgage loan file review, document completion, and settlement preparation. Communicates with customers, interprets escrow-related agreements, uses transaction technology, and provides office reception support by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, directing callers, and managing visitor access. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, customer service, and adaptability to software.
