Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a high-priority AI-enabled software initiative. Partner with engineering, operations, underwriting, data science, and design to define requirements, guide development, manage tradeoffs, and deliver measurable outcomes. Development role preparing candidates for promotion to Sales Representative. Responsibilities include learning sales processes, products, services, and sales administration; building client relationships; conducting market research; developing territory strategies; observing account calls; preparing presentations; and maintaining industry knowledge. The position requires travel throughout Michigan and may lead to responsibility for sales and margin performance within an assigned territory.

Manage residential real estate escrow transactions from account setup through closing. Responsibilities include handling and disbursing funds, examining titles and loan documents, preparing closing and legal documents, recording filings, issuing settlement statements, monitoring risk, and reporting account status. The role serves as a neutral liaison among transaction parties, provides customer service, supports team members, and helps train future escrow professionals.

Examine chains of title for residential and commercial properties, analyze public records and legal documents to determine ownership and restrictions, resolve title issues with clients/attorneys/lenders, prepare commitments and policies, and may assist with underwriting, pricing, and client-facing business development.
