Monitor global production, manage title workflow systems and imaging databases, resolve operational issues, maintain internal and external relationships, and provide status reports to management.

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions and dashboards using Domo and related platforms. Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensure data quality and governance, build semantic models for AI readiness, automate reporting, collaborate with stakeholders, and document technical designs and processes while supporting existing BI applications.

Counsel staff on underwriting standards, title and settlement processes, escrow services, and regulatory matters. Issue and communicate underwriting guidelines, collaborate with internal teams, and resolve complex real estate title issues within delegated authority.

Oversee multiple medium-to-large projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include developing schedules, budgets, risk and contingency plans; coordinating cross-functional teams and resources; facilitating status meetings; monitoring milestones, costs, and risks; resolving issues; and communicating project updates to management, clients, and stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyze variances and trends, support forecasting and planning, build and audit financial models, perform ad hoc analyses, coordinate international forecasts, manage multi-source data, and communicate findings to finance and business partners to support earnings processes and decision-making.

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a high-priority AI-enabled software initiative. Partner with engineering, operations, underwriting, data science, and design to define requirements, guide development, manage tradeoffs, and deliver measurable outcomes. Lead AI evaluation, experimentation, and quality improvement while using data to prioritize investments and measure impact. Communicate strategy and progress to executives and cross-functional stakeholders, coordinating dependencies and resolving blockers.

Supports escrow transactions by opening orders, reviewing title commitments, helping clear title, interpreting closing agreements, communicating with customers, and completing administrative tasks. Uses Microsoft Office and other transaction technologies to facilitate closings and deliver a strong customer experience. The role is performed in-office in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and requires attention to detail, organization, professionalism, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Lead the Sequoia Expansion product portfolio, scaling AI-enabled title production across regions, products, and divisions. Own strategy, outcomes, roadmaps, prioritization, investment decisions, and launch readiness while managing Product Managers and Business Analysts. Partner with engineering, underwriting, operations, data, and program management teams to deliver compliant, scalable capabilities. Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to prioritize opportunities, improve processes, measure impact, and communicate progress and risks to executives.
