Manage real estate escrow transactions: open and close escrow accounts, prepare and review closing documents, order title reports, clear title issues, calculate prorations, disburse funds, record and file documents, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, and act as a neutral liaison among buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.

Provide administrative and customer support for escrow transactions: open orders, prepare closing documents and statements, manage disbursements and follow-up, communicate with customers, interpret agreements, and use software tools to ensure accurate, timely closings in a fast-paced team environment.

Make inbound and outbound calls to existing customers and prospects, assess home protection needs, present consultative solutions, close sales to meet/exceed commission goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
