Support title team for builder real estate transactions: prepare and maintain title files, perform title and tax searches, audit legal documents and calculations, assemble closing/escrow paperwork, prepare endorsements and supplemental documents, and assist with escrow accounting, wires, and recordings to ensure timely closings.
