This role supports a 10-week project focused on financial analysis and business performance for an MBA candidate or recent graduate.

Provide HR operational and consultative support across the employee lifecycle. Assist with employee relations, onboarding, performance management, learning programs, compliance, and engagement while partnering with HRBPs and managers to improve organizational effectiveness.

The Scrum Master - Level II will guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions, facilitate Agile ceremonies, optimize team performance, and enhance collaboration among product and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include administering AIX, VIOS, HMC, LPARs, Azure, SAN, and hypervisors; developing Puppet and Terraform automation; using Git and shell scripting; troubleshooting complex incidents; executing patches and upgrades; supporting security, compliance, backup, recovery, and change management; and improving reliability through documentation, root cause analysis, and operational standards.

Manage paid search, shopping, marketplace, and comparison-shopping campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Lead strategy, optimization, spend reconciliation, and coordination with creative, finance, legal, merchandising, account managers, and agency partners. Manage Amazon and Walmart paid programs while using major advertising platforms and analytics tools to execute and evaluate campaigns.

Leads enterprise-wide integrated marketing and go-to-market strategy across a multi-brand consumer portfolio. Oversees campaign planning, prioritization, omnichannel execution, operating model development, measurement, and cross-functional alignment with marketing, merchandising, product, analytics, and communications. Manages and develops brand marketing and strategic partnerships teams, advises senior executives, drives marketing transformation, and advances AI-enabled innovation. Requires extensive marketing leadership, financial acumen, organizational transformation, and campaign experience.

Support expense budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and modeling for shared services. Prepare monthly reporting packages, analyze variances, assist monthly close, perform ad hoc analyses, monitor cost-control initiatives, and collaborate with department leaders and executives to inform financial strategy.

Serve as HR generalist partner for Central Ohio operations and corporate functions: handle employee relations, compliance, performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, and support talent acquisition and engagement initiatives.

Lead the architectural design of OMS solutions, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, provide technical leadership during implementations, and collaborate with stakeholders for optimal solutions.
