Designs and improves mechanical systems, tooling, and processes for semiconductor equipment. Identifies and mitigates safety and reliability risks using FMECA and design verification testing, evaluates compliance with product safety standards, develops analytical tools and acceleration techniques, improves procedures, supports safety reports, investigates field failures, and collaborates with suppliers. The role also applies thermal management, component derating, and AI-enabled data analysis to improve equipment reliability and safety.

Leads supply chain data science and AI operationalization for Global Service Operations. Converts manual analytics into governed, automated AI-assisted workflows, taking solutions from prototypes to production with lineage, monitoring, lifecycle management, and ownership. Manages analysts, delivers against SLAs, develops statistical and machine-learning models, and communicates actionable insights across procurement, fulfillment, reverse logistics, inventory, and supplier operations. Measures cycle time, quality, and business impact while mentoring the team and advancing enterprise AI governance.

Prepares project plans, coordinates deliverables from planning through implementation, and tracks project progress, costs, and process improvements. Aligns internal resources to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes; participates in design teams; contributes technical expertise; researches project obstacles; and helps implement solutions. Communicates project information, reports performance, builds consensus, and may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
