Key Responsibilities
- Structure and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and drive analysis to deliver recommendations in a data-driven manner
- Lead thoughtful, rigorous analysis across large data sets and synthesize insights and opportunities
- Develop and present high-quality recommendations and deliverables for executive-level consumption, and contribute to the associated strategy and execution discussions
- Partner across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure-test hypotheses, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution, and unlock value
- Optimize operations and business processes to deliver measurable gains in business performance, cycle-time reduction, and cost savings
- Apply program management discipline to keep initiatives within scope, schedule, and impact
Key Requirements
- Strong analytical skills — able to extract real insight from multiple data sources; expert-level knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; Python and Applied Smart Factory APF a plus
- Proven experience working across cross-functional business teams, including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance; prior management consulting or internal consulting experience preferred
- Able to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence without authority
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, able to connect the dots and communicate complex ideas effectively with executive presence
- Broad understanding and experience including service business management, product development, and financial reporting
- Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (DMAIC, Kaizen); Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- MBA or Masters in Engineering equivalent business experience preferred

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
