The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, and validate hardware for CVD processes, leading projects, performing analyses, and collaborating across teams.

Lead program and project management for R&D and engineering within Metal Deposition and ALD service business units. Define product roadmaps, drive new service product development and NPI, manage portfolios, partners, and sourcing, oversee PLC/ECO and continuous improvement, ensure on-time, cost‑effective delivery, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders while collaborating across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

Design and prototype intuitive AR/VR interactions and spatial layouts for immersive applications. Create low- to mid-fidelity Unity/Unreal prototypes, define interaction patterns, integrate CAD/3D assets, collaborate with developers and SMEs, document interaction logic and design guidelines, and conduct usability testing to iterate on solutions for industrial training and workflow scenarios.

Manage supplier relationships across new product introduction and production: clarify engineering drawing requirements, select and audit suppliers, resolve quality issues with root cause/corrective actions, recommend materials and cost-saving opportunities, and source new technologies to support product development and manufacturability.

Lead and coordinate project planning through implementation, drive deliverables using tracking tools, align cross-functional resources, monitor project cost performance, participate in design teams, contribute technical development, investigate obstacles, and implement solutions. Requires occasional travel (~10%).

Owns strategic customer relationships across regions, aligning product and sales strategy to customer roadmaps. Drives pricing, RFQ closure, demos, technical presentations, and achievement of account/division financial targets. Manages multiple division-level programs and mentors junior colleagues; contributes competitive intelligence and product positioning.

Design, develop, and modify mechanical layouts, tooling, fixtures, and specifications. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems, perform engineering analyses and tests, lead projects, oversee manufacturing/installation, and coordinate procurement of mechanical components while ensuring standards and documentation.

Design, modify, and troubleshoot electrical assemblies, schematics, and components. Perform basic engineering analysis and tests, generate documentation for product releases, and support procurement and assembly of electrical components under direct supervision.

Lead global business development initiatives by identifying market opportunities, developing strategic plans, designing processes, and managing complex cross-functional programs. Provide analytical insights, forecasting, and stakeholder influence to drive revenue growth, resource allocation, budgets, and adoption of internal applications across divisions.

Develop and deploy production-ready analytics and AI/ML solutions for complex industrial systems. Analyze operational data, prototype and validate models, manage model lifecycle and releases, collaborate with product/software/field teams, and translate model outputs into engineering recommendations for manufacturing environments.
