Lead cross-functional programs to deliver marketing tooling, data, and AI solutions at global scale. Define scope, author business cases, coordinate Product/Engineering/Data Science, manage vendors, and execute change management and rollouts. Drive adoption, document best practices, measure KPIs, and mitigate technical and integration risks while championing AI-enabled workflow improvements across Netflix Global Marketing.

Build and maintain end-to-end revenue forecasting workflows, dashboards, core tables, and ETL pipelines. Automate recurring reporting and deploy AI-powered self-service tools with oversight. Implement monitoring, anomaly detection, access controls, and versioned change management, and organize business knowledge and metric definitions to enable reliable AI-driven analytics across teams.

Lead and execute full-cycle communications for Netflix scripted series: develop strategy, media relations, multi-title storytelling, campaign planning, executive and talent visibility, cross-functional counsel, and risk management. Pitch and secure coverage, manage press relationships, and coordinate publicity efforts from development through launch and beyond.

Lead end-to-end product analytics for New Content Experiences, partnering with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to analyze large datasets, build tools, ensure data quality, and inform product strategy and decision frameworks.
