At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

Netflix’s analytical rigor is a meaningful competitive advantage. Revenue Analytics, within Business Finance & Strategy, plays a central role in shaping and communicating the company’s membership and revenue outlook. Our forecasts are critical inputs to corporate planning, resource allocation, and storytelling for internal leaders and external stakeholders, while our insights help inform growth and monetization strategy.

The team is also applying AI towards innovative solutions, using advanced AI development and productivity tools to build automated dashboards, forecast pipelines, reusable capabilities, and intelligence tools. As these solutions evolve from experimentation into core operating infrastructure, we are seeking an Associate, AI Automation to provide dedicated ownership and scale their impact.

This role is based in our Los Gatos, California office and follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office attendance Tuesday through Thursday.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain reusable, scalable workflows across revenue forecasting, subscriber analytics, membership reporting, and title performance.

  • Own dashboards, core tables, data pipelines, and ETL processes end to end, ensuring accuracy, reliability, usability, and observability.

  • Automate recurring reporting and deploy AI-powered self-service tools, agents, and reusable skills with appropriate human oversight.

  • Implement monitoring, anomaly detection, reconciliation, alerting, access controls, and versioned change management to keep critical data reliable and traceable.

  • Organize business knowledge, metric definitions, and analytical methodologies into structured repositories, tools, and playbooks that enable reliable AI outputs and responsible adoption across teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-4 years of work experience in finance, analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative field.

  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis, including modeling, and using data to drive insights, recommendations, and results.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python is a plus.

  • Genuine interest in AI and automation, with a desire to experiment hands-on with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical and technical concepts clearly to non-technical partners and senior leaders.

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Highly intellectually curious, willing to challenge the status quo, and committed to the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.

  • Degree in economics, business, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
