Sell inKind services to restaurants in the Chicago market: source, qualify, and close new partners to meet quotas; maintain pipeline; collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and internal teams; manage relationships; and track deals in Salesforce.

Manage post-sales relationships with restaurant partners to ensure retention, run business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, liaise with internal teams to resolve issues, track communications in Salesforce, and advise partners using industry and competitor insights.

Build teams, systems, and processes for onboarding, support, adoption, retention, and growth while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Marketing, and Finance to drive operational excellence and measurable partner outcomes.

The Account Executive is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing new restaurant partners, maintaining sales pipelines, and ensuring successful partnerships.
