Integrate, configure, test, and operate hardware-in-the-loop modeling and simulation environments supporting Missile Defense Agency ground and flight tests. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and architecture issues; execute threat-modeling scenarios; document configurations, test procedures, and results; and support mission planning, execution, training, risk reduction, and post-flight reconstruction.

Serves as the cybersecurity subject matter expert for Joint Interagency Task Force 401. Designs and evaluates secure system architectures, translates mission requirements into cybersecurity solutions, supports testing and design reviews, conducts risk and vulnerability assessments, develops security strategies, mentors team members, and leads certification and accreditation activities using the DoD RMF and eMASS.

Leads engineering management, design oversight, integration, testing, and airworthiness reviews for aircraft turbine engines, APUs, FADEC systems, infrared signature systems, and propulsion subsystems. Coordinates with contractors, military stakeholders, OEMs, and airworthiness authorities while managing systems engineering reviews, technical risks, test programs, and propulsion performance data for Army aviation programs.

Analyze integrated defense systems including radar, command-and-control architectures, drones, and missile systems. Develop Bash automation pipelines, Python and MATLAB analytics tools, technical visualizations, and verification reports. Translate government requirements into simulation needs, validate test results, and brief technical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role supports US Army aviation, missile, and counter-UAS programs at a customer site.

Design, develop, test, and maintain mission data for airborne electronic warfare systems. Lead systems engineering efforts, program emitter definitions, run EM environment simulations, produce and validate MD software, train staff, and support rapid reprogramming to meet customer objectives.

Provide expert-level DoD budget formulation, execution, and financial management support. Lead POM development, analyze RDT&E and OMA funding, prepare executive briefings, assess funding risks, optimize budget execution, mentor analysts, and coordinate with government leadership to align resources with mission priorities.

Develops V&V and T&E strategies, designs advanced test programs, authors complex test procedures and safety plans, analyzes weapons fly-out data and M&S accuracy, leads test teams, and evaluates product performance and reliability for armament systems.

Perform data extraction, processing, analysis, and comparison of radar system and simulation data against high-fidelity models. Provide M&S analytical support for testing events, develop and maintain data reduction and analysis tools, prepare analyses and reports, and participate in technical meetings, integration, and test activities.

Lead and support DoD acquisition programs across the lifecycle: manage cost, schedule, risk, and performance; prepare acquisition documentation and briefings; support source selection, integration, funding, and stakeholder coordination; ensure compliance with DoW/AF guidance and maintain program execution rhythms.
