Build REST APIs in C#/.NET, design SQL Server databases, implement microservices architectures, write automated tests, support deployments and troubleshooting, and collaborate with engineers and aviation SMEs in an Agile environment. Work onsite at Redstone Arsenal supporting Army aviation programs.

Perform independent verification & validation (IV&V) of Patriot missile system software: requirements analysis, design/code reviews, test planning/execution, Tactical Data Link assessment (Link-16/JREAP/Link11), defect analysis, IV&V reporting, and mentoring junior analysts. Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and adhere to military standards and SDLC practices.

Support air and missile defense programs by performing systems engineering and analysis, V&V of software throughout SDLC, developing analysis tools and visualizations, automating pipelines (Jenkins), recording/remediating defects, and participating in customer reviews.

Design, develop, test, and maintain low-code applications, automated workflows, and collaboration environments using Power Platform, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. Manage negotiation and administration of government contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR, OTAs, and customer requirements. Create and issue contractual and financial documents, structure terms to reflect business strategy, authorize work, monitor performance, and maintain thorough records of contract changes and correspondence for audits.
