Design, deploy, and operate Microsofts global wired access and OOB networks across campuses, datacenters, and customer sites. Partners with security researchers, applied scientists, platform teams, product groups, and leadership to drive technical strategy, risk reduction, reliable engineering delivery, and scalable protections across Microsoft's Copilot AI ecosystem.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for Microsoft Dataverse’s globally distributed, AI-enabled cloud services. Build and operate scalable microservices, resolve complex production issues, drive reliability and security, and deliver high-quality code. Provide cross-team technical leadership, mentor engineers, guide applied AI system development, and translate customer needs into multi-release platform investments.

Lead architecture and development of a high-scale experimentation platform for AI products. Drive cross-team technical direction, ensure scalability, reliability, security, and mentor senior engineers while owning live-site operations and incident retrospectives.

Design, implement, and optimize distributed pre-training infrastructure for large-scale GPU clusters. Profile, benchmark, and debug compute, memory, networking, and storage bottlenecks; optimize communication libraries and GPU programming stacks; collaborate with hardware and model teams to scale training, ensure reliability, and influence architecture and roadmap.

Advises strategic insurance customers on AI-led transformation, connecting business outcomes across underwriting, claims, distribution, risk, compliance, and customer experience to Microsoft cloud, data, AI, security, and partner capabilities. Builds executive relationships, develops transformation roadmaps and business cases, originates and advances commercial opportunities, coordinates account and partner teams, and helps scale AI initiatives from pilots into governed enterprise programs. Also provides insurance industry thought leadership and guidance on responsible AI, regulatory requirements, and operating model modernization.
