Serve as a senior on-call engineer, lead incident response and post-incident remediation, architect large-scale automation, observability, and self-healing systems, influence cross-organizational design for reliability, security, and compliance, and mentor senior engineers while representing SRE perspectives to leadership.

Lead enterprise customers through cloud and AI transformation, develop and execute account plans, orchestrate cross-functional Microsoft teams, drive revenue growth and large deals, build industry knowledge and trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, and advocate for customer outcomes throughout the lifecycle.

Drive research and end-to-end delivery of efficient AI serving systems across model, framework, and hardware layers. Design and evaluate batching, routing, scheduling, caching, quantization, and GPU-aware optimizations; build prototypes and large-scale benchmarks; collaborate with model, compiler, and hardware teams; document and drive production rollouts, publish research, and contribute patents or open-source where appropriate.
