Designs and implements secure, scalable Azure cloud solutions, modernizing on-premises infrastructure and guiding customers through cloud adoption. Leads technical delivery, cloud transformation initiatives, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code practices, security and compliance alignment, customer engagements, pre-sales support, project planning, risk mitigation, and technical workstreams. Mentors engineers, manages escalations, and collaborates with customers, integrators, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Plan and optimize AI hardware capacity by balancing cloud supply and demand constraints. Manage AI demand plans, deployment readiness, technical prerequisites, risk metrics, KPIs, and OKRs. Coordinate with engineering, data center, sourcing, and supply planning teams to resolve constraints, improve processes, and execute changes. Lead large-scale technical programs, cross-functional meetings, and S&OE transformation initiatives across Microsoft's cloud supply chain.

Manage global silicon hub supply operations by partnering with logistics providers and system integrators, monitoring inventory, lead times, and delivery performance, resolving supplier issues, and building operational dashboards. Lead risk mitigation, continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, supplier scorecards, and cross-functional projects involving new hubs, capacity expansion, system integrations, and platform ramps.

Leads strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management for Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure supply chain. Develops sourcing strategies, assesses suppliers, allocates business, manages capacity planning, negotiates pricing, executes RFQs and RFPs, oversees commercial settlements, and drives supplier performance and contract compliance. The role also manages VMI logistics, import/export requirements, certifications, cost reduction, and cross-functional supply chain initiatives.

Build and operate AI-powered automation, CI/CD systems, distributed services, developer tools, validation platforms, and code-intelligence capabilities. Own significant systems from architecture through production, improve engineering workflows using measurable results, scale reliable automation and delivery platforms, and integrate capabilities through APIs and MCP.
