Train staff, manage external partners, support import/export compliance, implement CTPAT, and optimize material flows to realize FTZ cost and operational benefits.

Develop and optimize classical and deep-learning computer vision algorithms for ADAS using camera feeds. Tasks include detection, segmentation, tracking, image enhancement, model pruning/quantization, dataset analysis, real-time optimization for production ECUs, experiment design, integration with embedded teams, defect root-cause analysis, documentation, and compliance with automotive development processes and KPIs.

Create and maintain production schedules for stamping, assembly, and service operations; convert forecasts into executable plans; manage inventory and material flow; coordinate with cross-functional teams; maintain ERP/MRP data; support continuous improvement and lean practices to meet on-time delivery and service targets.

Lead production line performance and continuous improvement for manufacturing of high-pressure die cast structural components. Manage capital projects, design tooling and fixtures, troubleshoot complex machining issues (4/5-axis CNC), apply structured problem solving (8D, DMAIC), develop process documentation and operator training, and support quoting, timelines, and customer/supplier interactions.

Designs and releases internal/external CAD data and drawings to support new product launches and production programs. Leads design activities, performs CAE and DFMEA tasks, liaises with customers and suppliers, mentors junior staff, manages PDP deliverables (IP searches, CDR, CAE, design freeze, data release), supports prototyping and manufacturing, and documents designs and patents.

Lead and coordinate manufacturing engineering projects, propose and maintain system standards, develop tools and integration strategies to reduce cost and improve effectiveness, investigate architecture and technology enhancements, and participate in robotics-focused professional development.
