Supports the design, development, integration, validation, and launch of vehicle systems and complete vehicle programs. Coordinates engineering requirements, technical reviews, validation plans, supplier and cross-functional activities, issue resolution, documentation, and milestone tracking. The role also supports manufacturing feasibility, prototype and production builds, vehicle launches, benchmarking, virtual integration, and regulatory compliance while balancing quality, cost, and timing objectives.

Supports program managers in launching automotive programs through the APQP process. Implements internally and externally generated engineering change notices, completes improvement and special projects, and contributes to value analysis/value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.

Supports automation engineers and technicians with production troubleshooting, PLC and robotics diagnostics, controls testing, equipment monitoring, commissioning, acceptance testing, and automation upgrades. Participates in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, Industry 4.0 initiatives, documentation, standardization, and equipment performance projects in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Designs, deploys, and maintains SCADA, HMI, visualization, and industrial data systems for manufacturing operations. Develops dashboards, connectivity solutions, alarm management, and integrations among PLCs, MES, ERP, databases, and enterprise systems. Supports Industry 4.0, vision inspection, AI-enabled manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, commissioning, standards development, and Factory of the Future projects. Requires strong troubleshooting skills and experience with industrial automation, SCADA, PLC equipment, networking, and manufacturing systems.

Provides IT support for manufacturing operations by installing and maintaining hardware, software, networks, user accounts, and MES systems. Troubleshoots technical issues within SLAs, supports end users, maintains security and system performance, documents procedures, conducts floor-level training, and supports weekend production shifts. Requires Windows, Linux, Active Directory, DHCP, networking, SQL query, and MES knowledge.

Supports senior management and department administration in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, meeting and travel coordination, records and report maintenance, confidentiality, administrative assistant coordination, project support, purchasing, budget support, presentations, interviews, and performance feedback. The role also facilitates communication across teams and corporate offices while contributing to continuous improvement and cost-reduction activities.

Supports ADAS environmental modeling teams by developing, integrating, testing, tuning, and debugging perception algorithms for parking, trailering, surround view, camera calibration, and sensor fusion. Responsibilities include image processing, deep learning model development, test-case creation, system testing in bench and vehicle environments, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, issue documentation, and proposing corrections.
