- Ability to resolve support calls within the defined SLA.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
- Conduct floor-level training on new equipment.
- Flexible Shift – Based on Department Manager’s needs. Must be able to support weekend production.
- Complete and communicate end-of-shift notes, including issues observed on the floor and project completion updates.
- Visibly lead and support all Manga Exteriors’ goals as set forth in objectives and targets.
- Train end-users on the proper use of the MES system and provide ongoing support.
- Install, configure, and maintain the MES software and hardware components.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of retrieving data from a database using SELECT statements, including filtering, sorting, and limiting results.
- Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, and other network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
- Experience in the automotive industry or a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of automotive-specific software applications and systems.
- 4 points or less. Attendance must remain at four (4) points or less throughout the selection process.
- No corrective actions above a 1st Written Warning throughout the selection process.
- Cannot have been suspended, stepped down, or demoted within the previous 12 months.
