Manage month-end and year-end close (OneStream), prepare journal entries and financial reports, maintain general ledger and trial balance, support inventory costing and BOM verification, assist budgeting/forecasting, track capital/tooling projects, support cost-reduction programs, ensure GAAP and Magna finance policy compliance, and complete required finance controls and audits.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates training and organizational development programs for plant employees. Onboards new hires, coaches managers, measures culture/team effectiveness, supervises training staff, and promotes continuous improvement.

Purchases materials, supplies, and services by soliciting and analyzing supplier quotes, developing supplier relationships, resolving delivery and quality issues, tracking supplier performance, and driving cost, quality and delivery improvements. Participates in continuous improvement and maintains cost databases and procurement records.
