Own end-to-end manufacturing process development, validation, and continuous improvement for cold-stamp production. Support launch to serial production, drive quality and cost targets, lead root-cause analysis, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, capability improvements, fixture maintenance, and Lean initiatives while collaborating with Production, Quality, and Maintenance.

Develop and execute validation test plans for automotive electronic components (including EMC and environmental testing). Coordinate labs, test setups, and tools; create PVP&Rs and DVP&R; analyze data, root-cause failures, oversee external lab testing, and maintain validation documentation and schedules.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct economic and investment studies, forecast trends, and produce reports to inform management. Support planning, reporting, and analytical tasks across finance functions; assist with fixed capital and special financial analyses.

Design and optimize warehouse layouts and material flow, integrate and commission material handling systems (AMRs, AS/RS, turrets), maintain PFEP data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply lean methods (5S, Kaizen, VSM), ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and vendor integration.
