Install, align, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair complex semiconductor capital equipment (SWIFT preferred). Ensure new tool performance, achieve cycle times and warranty starts, represent KLA to customers, and support domestic and international installations with extensive travel.

Design and develop next-generation wafer inspection systems by translating customer requirements into system configurations, defining error budgets, creating and executing prototype test plans, collaborating with functional teams for integration and product launch, resolving system issues at customer sites, and improving sensitivity and throughput through novel inspection solutions and experiments.

Collaborate with regions and engineering, complete documentation, provide status updates, and secure warranty sign-off. Requires extensive domestic and international travel and extended workdays.
