Provide customer-facing product demonstrations, characterize tool/algorithm performance, troubleshoot semiconductor yield issues, train customers and field engineers, document test results and best practices, and relay feedback to engineering and product teams to drive product adoption.

Develop and characterize next-generation eBeam semiconductor wafer inspection, review, and metrology products. Design test plans, collect and analyze data, publish recommendations, run demos, support beta evaluations, troubleshoot customer yield issues, train customers and internal teams, and drive product adoption worldwide.

Lead mechanical design for analyzer and dosing systems from requirements through release. Develop and review 3D CAD models and assemblies, design fluid-handling and opto-mechanical integrations, manage BOMs, produce release documentation, drive design reviews and DFMEA, coordinate cross-functionally, support verification/qualification, and manage engineering change control and post-release support.

Serve as primary technical interface to customers for KLA overlay metrology tools: lead evaluations and new tool introductions, deliver onsite applications support, acceptance tests, recipe development, training, pre-sales enablement, documentation (BKMs/SOPs), analyze technical issues with statistical methods, and escalate regional insights to product teams.

Lead end-to-end design of precision mechanical and opto-mechanical inspection systems for semiconductor capital equipment. Translate ambiguous requirements into specs, perform structural/modal/thermal/CFD analyses, optimize vibration isolation, drive concept development, prototype, validate, and manage manufacturing handoff while collaborating cross-functionally and ensuring schedule and technical quality.
