Serve as central technical interface across software, hardware, manufacturing, support and field teams throughout product lifecycle to improve serviceability, reliability, diagnostics, tooling, documentation and training. Characterize next-generation wafer inspection products, define feature requirements, design test plans, collect and analyze data, publish application notes, run demos and beta evaluations, investigate yield issues and develop inspection solutions, and communicate product value to engineering, marketing, and sales. Optics and semiconductor processing knowledge are beneficial.

Support semiconductor customers in lithography process optimization and adoption of MACH Analytics software. Develop product applications, run characterization and test plans, produce documentation and BKMs, resolve hardware/software issues, perform demos/training, and collaborate cross-functionally during NPI and factory startup. Travel ~25% to customer sites.

Lead division finance owning full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, quarter-end close, variance analysis, financial modeling for engineering programs, cost and inventory oversight, drive bookings/shipments/revenue recognition, manage and develop a finance analyst team, and partner with cross-functional leaders to improve financial processes and decision support.

Lead on-site installation, setup, alignment, calibration, qualification, and handoff of complex semiconductor capital equipment. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, document installations, provide stakeholder updates, and secure warranty sign-off while collaborating with regional engineering and customer teams. Role requires extensive domestic and international travel.

Install and commission semiconductor tools (mature models and KLASE upgrades), troubleshoot and repair system-level issues, prepare field reports, and perform extensive domestic and international travel (≈60%). Work closely with senior engineers, complete LKS training, and follow procedures to meet installation cycle times.

Lead system architecture, NPI, and transition of mixed-signal electrical hardware from prototype to production. Drive DFx/DFM, system integration, validation, and cross-functional trade-offs. Perform modeling/simulation, root-cause analysis, test strategy definition, supplier coordination, and documentation readiness while mentoring junior engineers and supporting manufacturing ramp and field issue resolution.
