Lead hub and chassis dynamometer testing and validation for EV range and performance, develop SOPs and test cells, instrument vehicles, analyze large datasets to extract efficiency maps, and collaborate with powertrain, controls, thermal, and vehicle dynamics teams to meet certification and performance targets.

Lead development and validation of system-level emissions calibrations for gasoline, HEV, and PHEV powertrains. Use virtual simulations and dyno/vehicle testing, manage attribute trade-offs, coordinate subsystems (engine, aftertreatment, transmission, motors), run DOE studies, commission prototypes, debug hardware/software, and report regulatory compliance and calibration results.

Designs and runs bench-scale flow-reactor experiments on diesel aftertreatment components (DOC, SCR, ASC, DPF); analyzes kinetics, mass transfer, and aging; performs catalyst characterization; develops data for 1D models and DVP&R; applies GTDS/FMEA/8D; collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support catalyst design, durability, and regulatory compliance.

Lead definition, design, and integration of emissions hardware, controls, and packaging for the 6.7L diesel engine to achieve 31MY Bin75 compliance. Coordinate cross-functional trade-offs, drive GTDS milestones, develop systems engineering artifacts (Boundary/P-Diagrams, DFMEA), and cascade requirements across vehicle life.
